Many Christian leaders today believe that in the next great move of God, children and youth will be center stage! While the Lord has a great plan for our children, Satan wants to destroy the next generation. The book of Revelation gives a vivid picture of this: “The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born” (Revelation 12:4). Just as Satan sought to destroy Joseph, Moses, and Jesus, he is still seeking to destroy our children and youth today. He wants to steal and kill OUR RIGHTEOUS SEED.

We as parents and as the church will be remiss if we do not affirm the godly calling upon the next generation and do battle for them in prayer. It is important that we not only train children and youth to be mighty prayer warriors, but also come alongside them to do battle in the heavenlies on their behalf.
